| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please allow 28 days for delivery - if you need the items sooner, please contact us by email with your order number and we will contact you within 24 hours. We accept credit card payments via paypal and cheques with order - just print off your order and send to us in the post !! When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Goods are usually shipped within 5 days of fund clearance however please allow 28 days for delivery. In the unlikely case of any delays, you will be informed by email. In the very unlikely case of severe delays, we will give the opportunity to cancel the order. If we are expecting an iminent delivery from a supplier for items not in stock that you have ordered we will ship all of your items together rather than in two separate consignments. We send all small items by recorded delivery, so that delivery is confirmed. Lost items will be re-dispatched at no extra cost. Items that are returned to us by royal mail as uncollected by the customer will be dispatched once additional postage payment is made to us - this is due to the high postage costs and that this is outside of our control. Large items are sent by parcelforce, which is not tracked. Parcelforce shipped orders that are 'lost' in the post will not be replaced or credited unless additional postage has been paid for (recorded / special delivery) as we send all parcels in good faith. If we are able to make a claim against Royal Mail, then the items will be dispatched once we have received compensation from them.. |
